Summary
Shady Grove Fertility is seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time OR/PACU RN to join their team in Cary, NC. The role involves providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment focused on fertility treatments.
About the Role
As an OR/PACU RN, you will collaborate with physicians and other medical providers to deliver expert care for fertility treatments. Your responsibilities will include performing preoperative assessments, developing care plans, providing psychological support to patients and families, administering medications, and educating patients about their care.
About You
Required:
- Active RN license
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- Strong technical and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment
- Ability to communicate accurately and concisely
Preferred:
- 2-3 years clinical experience in Operating/Procedure Room or PACU experience strongly preferred
- Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer
