About the Role
As a Full-Time Patient & Family Concierge, Senior, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinating patient tests and procedures, managing patient charts, and assisting hospital guests. You will also perform cleaning duties, transport patients and equipment, manage supplies, and provide patient care support while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with health regulations.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or one year of previous job experience in lieu of HS Diploma/GED.
- 6 months of experience as a Patient & Family Concierge or equivalent.
- Demonstrated competency in all responsibilities of the Patient & Family Concierge role.
Preferred:
- Desire, drive, and compassion to provide an exceptional patient and family experience.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
