About You
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1 year of customer contact experience in a needs-based sales setting preferred.
- Contact Center environment experience required.
- Excellent professional communication skills – in person, by phone and in writing.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Call center experience (preferred) - high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
- Experience frequently communicating with customers by phone, e-mail, chat and/or face-to-face.
- Remote work experience preferred.
