About the Role
As a Residential Counselor, you will support consumers in achieving personal care goals, educate them on medications, coordinate services based on individual needs, and document services using electronic health records. You will also transport consumers as needed and ensure high-quality care in line with Individual Rehabilitation Plans (IRP).
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in mental health, psychology, sociology, social work, human services, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- A combination of one (1) or more years of college, plus related life or work experience equal to four (4) years.
- High school diploma or GED plus four (4) years of related work or life experience.
- Possess a valid driver’s license & acceptable driving record.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
