About the Role
As a Residential Counselor, you will be responsible for assisting clients in a short-term crisis residential program, focusing on stabilization and recovery. Your daily tasks will include driving clients to appointments, providing support during group sessions, and ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for members experiencing acute mental health crises.
About You
Required:
- High School graduation or a G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of direct service experience in a mental health setting.
- Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
- Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups.
- Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups.
