About the Role
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the store team, achieving sales objectives, maintaining KPIs, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Your daily tasks will include inventory management, loss prevention, payroll and scheduling, and visual merchandising. You will also lead sales efforts on the sales floor and provide training and support to associates.
About You
Required:
- Minimum one year experience in retail management.
- Full understanding of specialty retail, including business development and store operations.
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of local market and clientele.
- Multi-Lingual.
- Experience with retail point of sale systems and Microsoft Office.
