About You
- Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment.
- Experience in employee training and development.
- Proficiency in cash handling and inventory/sales auditing.
- Familiarity with point of sale automated systems.
- Ability to maintain merchandise and visual merchandising standards.
- Full availability to work 40 hours per week.
- Experience in maximizing profitable sales through effective space management.
- Knowledge of competitor visual merchandising techniques.
