About You
- Minimum Associates Degree in Nursing.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the resident working state.
- Minimum of 3 years Registered Nursing experience.
- Psychiatric nursing experience required.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and assess potential for patient escalation.
- Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
- Experience with culturally diverse and special needs populations.
