Summary
Ellie Mental Health is seeking a Fully Licensed Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join their team in Clear Lake, Houston, TX. The role involves delivering meaningful change to the community through individual, family, and group therapy services.
About the Role
As a Fully Licensed Outpatient Mental Health Therapist, you will evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week. You will collaborate with a dynamic team to provide excellent customer service and utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals. The position also requires participation in clinical staff meetings and completion of necessary training requirements.
About You
Required:
- Fully licensed to work independently in Texas (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.)
- Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and teens
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services in a timely manner
- Comfort working with a diverse client base
- Proficient in typical office technology and Electronic Health Record systems
Preferred:
- Experience with couples, families, and children
- General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing
- Credentialed with insurance panels
- Experience in private practice
- Marketing and outreach skills
