As a Fully Remote Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in employment litigation, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, taking and defending depositions, and collaborating with team members to develop litigation strategies.
About You
Required:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing.
- Minimum of 5 years of employment litigation experience.
- Proficient in legal research, writing, and trial practice.
- Experience in taking and defending depositions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
