Workday is seeking a Functional Consultant - Adaptive Planning to join their team in Boulder, CO. The role involves end-to-end implementation of Workday's Adaptive Planning product, acting as a trusted advisor to customers.
About the Role
As a member of the Professional Services team, you will be responsible for implementing Workday's Adaptive Planning product across various customers. Your tasks will include gathering customer business requirements, translating them into configured solutions, supporting testing phases, and undertaking final deployment activities. You will also complete the Workday Adaptive Planning Certification training and work closely with other consulting teams to ensure seamless project execution.
About You
Required:
- 4+ years of experience working with or implementing Adaptive Planning or a Tier 1 Planning software application such as Anaplan, OneStream, Hyperion.
- 4+ years of consulting experience with a consulting/software company.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Workday Financials or HCM either as an implementer or user.
- Prior consulting experience, either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company.
- Business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
- Strong presentation skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to learn technology quickly through various mediums.
- Resourceful and adaptable, comfortable working remotely.
