Summary
Workday is seeking a Functional Consultant - Adaptive Planning to join their Professional Services team in Denver, CO. The role involves end-to-end implementation of Workday's Adaptive Planning product for a diverse portfolio of customers.
About the Role
As a Functional Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to customers, leading or supporting the implementation of Finance functional streams. Your responsibilities will include gathering customer business requirements, translating them into configured solutions, conducting unit testing, and providing post-production support. You will also complete Workday Adaptive Planning Certification training and collaborate with other consulting teams.
About You
Required:
- 4+ years of experience working with or implementing Adaptive Planning or a Tier 1 Planning software application.
- 4+ years of consulting experience with a consulting/software company.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Workday Financials or HCM as an implementer or user.
- Prior consulting experience as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company.
- Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn technology quickly and work remotely with autonomy.
