About the Role
As a Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering therapeutic services directly in homes, offices, or community settings. Your tasks will include engaging clients creatively, advocating for youth and families, managing a caseload, and collaborating with referral sources. You will also participate in community events and maintain accurate documentation of client progress.
About You
Required:
- A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, education, or other relevant human service profession.
- Demonstrated ability to provide individual and family therapy using evidence-based practices.
Preferred:
- Bilingual in English/Spanish.
- Experience working directly with at-risk youth, particularly within Black and Latino communities, ages 13 to 18.
