About the Role

About You
Required:
- Integrated Medicine or Functional Medicine experience required.
- Medical degree from an accredited school.
- License to practice in the state of Ohio.
- Current DEA and NPI Certificate of Registration.
- Active ABMS (or ABPS) Board Certification.
Preferred:
- Institute for Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner (or 75% program completion with clinical experience).
- Knowledge of EPIC medical records.
