About the Role
As a Functional Performance Trainer, you will design and implement strength training, mobility, injury prevention, and conditioning programs for patients of all ages. You will collaborate with medical professionals to ensure safe and effective rehabilitation, provide motivational coaching, and enhance patient performance through detailed assessments and programming. The position requires a high level of energy and enthusiasm to maximize patient results.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Current PT or ATC certification in Ohio.
Preferred:
- Experience in strength and conditioning coaching.
- CSCS or SCCC certification.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics.
