About the Role
As a Fund Administrator Specialist, you will be responsible for performing daily fund administration tasks including account reconciliations, NAV calculations, and financial statement reviews. You will collaborate with client teams, act as a flexible resource during high volume periods, and identify process enhancements to improve efficiency. Additionally, you will create documentation and lead training sessions to strengthen team knowledge.
About You
Required:
- Strong knowledge of fund structures, NAV calculations, reconciliations, and valuation inputs/policies.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Experience in project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex processes clearly.
