Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a FUOPS Planner to join their team in Colorado Springs, CO. The role involves solving complex problems related to space operations and supporting military planning processes.
About the Role
As a FUOPS Planner, you will be responsible for designing, operating, and optimizing organizations within the U.S. Space Force. Your tasks will include leading teams in the Joint Planning Process, developing plans and briefings for military leaders, and identifying advanced tools to expedite military outcomes. You will work in a dynamic environment addressing global threats and contributing to mission success.
About You
Required:
10+ years of experience with space operations.
3+ years of experience supporting Joint Headquarters planning, such as in the J35 or J5.
Experience leading teams in the Joint Planning Process or Military Decision-Making Planning process.
Knowledge of space domain operations and their integration with other warfighting domains.
Ability to rapidly develop plans, documents, and briefings for senior military and civilian leaders.
TS/SCI clearance.
Bachelor's degree.
Preferred:
Experience working in a Combatant Command.
Master's degree in Strategic Studies, National Security, or a related field.
Completion of the Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) Phase I Course.
Graduate of an advanced military planner school such as SAMS, SAW, SAAS, or JAWS.
