About the Role
As a Future Retail Strategy and Innovation Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for dealers, ensuring enrollment goals are met and facilitating effective partnerships. Your responsibilities will include conducting presentations, overseeing user training, identifying implementation risks, and developing action plans tailored to dealership needs. You will also manage performance metrics and collaborate with the Maritz team to overcome obstacles.
About You
Required:
- Four-year college degree (bachelors) or equivalent experience.
- Consulting and/or retail experience with automotive dealerships.
- In-depth knowledge of the retail automotive industry, including common terminology and dealership processes.
- Knowledge of dealership/automotive retail software (CRM, digital retail tools, DMS, etc.).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Fast-learner with a passion for staying updated on fast-changing solutions.
- Demonstrated history of maintaining a positive attitude in high-stress situations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
