As a Real Estate Tax Manager, you will handle a diverse array of tax consulting and compliance projects, providing clients with up-to-date tax advice. You will analyze complex tax operations, identify opportunities and risks, build client relationships, and supervise a team of professionals to ensure they reach their full potential.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
- CPA required, or be a member of a state bar.
- A minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
- Professional knowledge in real estate tax technical and transaction skills, including partnership taxation and tax compliance.
- Experience managing budgets, people, and projects.
Preferred:
- Technical writing and research experience in a tax context.
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to prioritize multiple complex projects.
