Your responsibilities will include supervising a team, developing strategic tax plans, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
- CPA certification or membership in a state bar.
- Seven to ten years of real estate tax experience in a professional services environment.
- Extensive knowledge of real estate tax technical and transaction skills.
Preferred:
- Experience managing budgets, people, and projects.
- Business development experience within the market.
- Technical writing and research experience in a tax context.
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to prioritize multiple complex projects.
