About the Role

As a Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for seeing patients in the outpatient office and hospital, contributing to the growth of the Digestive Health Institute at Nuvance Health. You will work closely with a team of over 1000 physicians and advanced practice providers, ensuring high-quality care for patients with gastrointestinal issues.

About You

Required:

Board certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
At least one year of experience in Internal Medicine and/or Gastroenterology.
Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
New York State Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license.
Federal DEA.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred:

Experience working with hepatobiliary services.
Internal Medicine or Gastroenterology experience.
