About the Role
As a Gen AI Architect, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing AI solutions, integrating multiple LLM providers, developing AI-powered applications, and ensuring compliance with security and governance standards. You will also provide technical leadership and collaborate with various teams to drive AI adoption.
About You
Required:
- 12+ years in software development, enterprise architecture, or platform engineering.
- 8+ years in AI/ML systems development.
- 4+ years working with Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic AI architectures.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Expertise in LLMs, LangChain/LlamaIndex, vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures.
- Experience implementing semantic search, prompt engineering, and enterprise knowledge retrieval systems.
- Strong experience building AI-powered applications, copilots, assistants, and automation platforms.
- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, model evaluation, monitoring, and scalable AI deployment.
- Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GxP, enterprise AI governance).
Preferred:
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical or life sciences domain and agentic AI workflows.
- Relevant certifications in AI/ML, Cloud Platforms, or Enterprise Architecture.
