- Four years of professional law/legal experience, post J.D.
- Primary drafting responsibility for briefs, complaints, motions, memos, and/or legal opinions in the area of trademark law.
- Independently conducting legal research and preparing written analyses of complex legal issues.
- Experience in trademark litigation including federal district court cases and appeals.
- Active bar membership in any state.
