About the Role
As the General Counsel for Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence, you will refine and implement the legal and compliance enterprise strategy for Honeywell Aerospace. Your responsibilities will include developing AI governance frameworks, advising on legal implications of AI deployment, overseeing cybersecurity compliance, and collaborating with various departments to ensure legal considerations are integrated into product development and operations.
About You
Required:
- Law Degree and admitted to practice law in a jurisdiction in the United States.
- 8-14 years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex issues quickly and communicate clearly and succinctly.
- Proven subject matter expertise in AI and cybersecurity.
Preferred:
- Prior government experience (e.g., DOJ, FTC, SEC, DOW, Commerce Department).
- Prior in-house experience.
- Experience with risk management outside of the U.S.
- Experience in investigation, litigation, or regulatory compliance areas.
- Strong independent leadership and strategic vision execution.
- Experience in crisis management, including ransomware attacks.
- Experience in the defense or aerospace sector.
