- A minimum of 10 years of manufacturing experience in inspection roles.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings/blueprints and 3D models.
- Mathematical skills to perform calculations with various units of measure.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and collaboration.
