About the Role

As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for following standard manufacturing procedures, working on the production floor, maintaining a clean work area, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Your tasks will include feeding pans to the production line, applying shipping labels, and preparing materials for production. You must be able to work in cold temperatures and handle physical demands such as lifting and moving materials.

About You

Required:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.

Preferred:

Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to work in and contribute to Production Improvement Teams.
