About the Role
As a Proofer Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring units on proofer plates, verifying floor batch time and dough texture, setting and verifying process line control parameters, and performing general sanitation cleanup. You will also assist the Oven Operator and adhere to Lockout/Tagout procedures and GMP standards.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to define and resolve issues.
- Clear and legible writing skills and effective verbal communication in English.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in bakery or food manufacturing operations.
- Familiarity with GMPs and safety protocols.
