About the Role
As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for staging, tracking, and preparing materials based on Bills of Materials (BOMs), processing shipping documentation, and performing hands-on labor in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your daily tasks will include supporting paint line operations, handling materials, assisting with shipping and receiving, and maintaining organization in the work areas.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and use of internal systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, paint line, warehouse, or shipping environments preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
