About the Role
As a General Maintenance Technician I, you will assist skilled technicians in performing repairs and maintenance tasks across school facilities. Your responsibilities will include preparing areas for concrete, installing and repairing flooring and drywall, maintaining roofs, and ensuring tools and equipment are in safe operating condition. You will also be responsible for completing work orders and maintaining inventory of tools and materials.
About You
Required:
- Accredited High School diploma, GED, or Texas Certificate of High School Equivalency.
- Clear and valid Texas Driver's License.
- 2 years related trade experience.
Preferred:
- Experience in commercial carpentry and roofing.
