About the Role
About You
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality Services, or equivalent work experience.
- 8 or more years of retail, hospitality, and management experience with operating, capital, and cash budgeting.
- Leadership experience with hiring, training, evaluating, and corrective action.
- Working knowledge of store point of sales systems and computer literacy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous retail experience working for a specialized boutique or niche.
- Ability to handle multiple demands and make tough decisions.
