Your responsibilities will include budget planning, capacity planning, and resource utilization, while fostering a high-performance culture and driving results aligned with the company's vision.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of P&L experience in a manufacturing environment in aerospace.
- At least 5+ years of experience effectively leading and managing people.
Preferred:
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Proven track record of business development experiences.
