About the Role
As a General Manager, you will be responsible for building and fostering a purpose-driven team, managing financial success through KPI performance, collaborating with doctors and staff for seamless patient experiences, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. You will also lead performance development and maintain optical merchandise standards.
About You
Required:
- Undergraduate degree or relevant years of experience in a management position (Retail/Hospitality preferred).
- 2+ years in a leadership role as the main decision maker.
- Experience leading two or more employees to achieve sales and operational objectives.
- Experience in a complex, customer-facing, fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Effective communicator and detail-oriented leader.
- Servant leadership style with strong business acumen.
- Willingness to learn about the optical industry and services.
- Ability to coach and inspire team members.
