About the Role
As a General Manager (GM), you will be responsible for overseeing store performance, coaching and developing team members, implementing local marketing strategies, processing loan applications, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and maintaining store security. You will also handle customer situations, manage work schedules, and ensure optimal staffing for performance.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum two years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for work use.
Preferred:
- Associates degree or higher.
- Experience in check cashing, document verification, money order processing.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
