About the Role
As a General Manager, you will be responsible for building and fostering a purpose-driven team, managing financial success through KPI performance, collaborating with doctors and support staff for seamless patient experiences, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. You will also lead performance development and maintain optical merchandise standards.
About You
Required:
- Undergraduate degree or relevant years of experience in a management position (Retail/Hospitality preferred).
- 2+ years in a leadership role as the main decision maker.
- Experience leading two or more employees to achieve sales and operational objectives.
- Experience driving business and sales operations in a complex, customer-facing environment.
Preferred:
- Effective communicator, detail-oriented, and a strong leader.
- Upholds exceptional service standards and acts as a mentor.
- Servant leadership style with strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Willingness to learn about the optical industry and services.
- Natural leader with the ability to coach and inspire team members.
