About the Role

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for directing the day-to-day activities of the store staff, driving high-performance results in a fast-paced sales environment, and mentoring your Assistant General Manager. Your responsibilities include building and developing your sales team, ensuring compliance with sales processes, attracting and retaining top talent, and engaging in business operations such as budgeting and sales reporting.

About You

Required:

1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, with 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
High school diploma or GED.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred:

Experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.
