Toptal is seeking a General Manager, Staffing to lead their new staffing business line, focusing on driving growth and profitability in a fully remote environment.
About the Role
As the General Manager, Staffing, you will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of Toptal's Staffing business, including market positioning, strategy development, and establishing scalable operations. You will ensure business success through revenue growth and operational efficiency, working closely with Toptal Executives and cross-functional teams. Your role will involve analyzing market opportunities, building client relationships, and iterating on business strategies based on feedback.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
7+ years of experience in sales leadership within staffing and recruiting, with a strong understanding of business operations.
3+ years of P&L management experience.
Demonstrated success in building and launching new business or product offerings.
Preferred:
Experience in a technology or hyper-growth company.
Management consulting experience at a top-tier firm or investment banking experience.
Strong relationship development and leadership skills.
Experience with marketing technology and automation.
