About You
- Successfully completed a residency or fellowship in orthopedic surgery.
- Unrestricted Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration.
- Board certified or eligible in orthopedic surgery.
- Doctorate MD or DO required.
- Current and unrestricted license to practice medicine in applicable state.
