About the Role
As a General Service Front/Back Shop team member, you will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for building trust and understanding their needs. You will assist in work order completion, maintain facility organization, and ensure compliance with safety standards. This position also involves handling cash transactions and supporting management in addressing guest service issues.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Automotive training including basic car maintenance and repair or equivalent experience.
- Must possess a current valid driver’s license and have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
- Required to own a basic set of tools or participate in Monro’s tool purchase program.
Preferred:
- ASE certification and State Inspection license (where applicable).
