Summary
Monro, Inc. is seeking a General Service Technician to join their team in Canonsburg, PA. The role involves performing routine vehicle repairs and maintenance while providing excellent customer service.
About the Role
As a General Service Technician, you will be responsible for both front and back shop duties, including performing basic vehicle services and repairs, conducting tire services, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests. You will also assist in inventory management and maintain safety standards while communicating effectively with customers about their vehicle needs.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Automotive training including basic car maintenance and repair or equivalent experience.
- Must possess a current valid driver's license and have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
- Required to own a basic set of tools or participate in Monro's tool purchase program.
Preferred:
- Experience in an automotive shop environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
