About the Role
As a General Superintendent, you will manage direct reports and subcontractors, enforce safety procedures, oversee multiple projects, coordinate with estimating teams, and provide regular progress reports to executive leadership. You will also develop relationships with project stakeholders and ensure work quality through inspections and audits.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 8 years of field construction experience at a supervisory level as a Superintendent.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, practices, regulations, and safety standards, including OSHA laws.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Experience conducting constructability reviews.
- Knowledge of job scheduling, planning, expediting, and cost control.
- Ability to read and understand specifications for all trades.
