A2C is seeking a Generative AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI systems in the New York City Metropolitan Area. This role focuses on delivering scalable generative AI solutions that drive business transformation.

As a Generative AI Engineer, you will lead cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, and architects to build scalable, secure, and high-performing AI systems. You will drive end-to-end development of generative AI solutions using technologies such as large language models, diffusion models, and multimodal AI. Responsibilities include architecting and deploying AI/ML systems integrated with existing data platforms and cloud infrastructure, collaborating with stakeholders to define AI strategy and success metrics, mentoring AI/ML engineers and researchers, staying current with AI advancements, championing responsible AI principles, and ensuring MLOps best practices across the model lifecycle.
