ScoutLab.io is seeking a Generative Learning AI Pioneer! - Enterprise AE to join their team remotely. The role involves driving expansion in North America by building a strong pipeline and closing new business in enterprise learning, HR, and operations functions.
About the Role
As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, consistently hitting or exceeding a $1M+ annual quota. You will engage with senior stakeholders, conduct tailored demos, and collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to optimize go-to-market strategies. This is a strategic role with direct access to leadership, focusing on landing and expanding net-new logos within enterprise HR, L&D, and operations teams.
About You
Required:
5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience.
Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ quotas.
Experience selling complex, technical deals to the C-Suite.
Preferred:
Startup experience.
Experience selling into HR, L&D, training, or compliance.
