As a Genesis Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing service orders, and ensuring efficient workflow in the service department. Your daily tasks will include answering customer inquiries, distributing work among technicians, maintaining customer satisfaction metrics, and overseeing warranty claims administration.
About You
Required:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor is mandatory.
Strong communication skills and a friendly personality.
Ability to manage others and demonstrate time management skills.
Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
Preferred:
Experience with CDK software is preferred.

Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
