About You
- Design and Development experience in Genesys Cloud CX and Genesys Architecture.
- Experience in Softphone API integration with Genesys CX.
- Experience in Genesys SDK.
- Experience in Genesys Cloud CX administration, configuration and implementation.
- Strong experience with Node.JS, REST, SOAP, and Genesys APIs.
- Experience creating dashboards for monitoring queue activity, agent performance and interactions.
- Strong experience in Genesys Cloud admin and configurations including contact center, telephony, routing, people and permissions and outbound.
- Experience in Genesys installation and configuration in app Foundry.
- Troubleshooting experience with issues in configuring and routing.
- Experience with Genesys on-prem and understanding of various Genesys components and composer development.
- Exposure to Java/J2EE development and API Development/Scripting integration.
- Genesys Cloud CX certification preferred.
