- Graduation from a Master's level program in genetics accredited by the Accreditation Council for Genetic Counseling (ACGC).
- Board certified or Board eligible with certification obtained within one year.
- Commonwealth of PA genetic counseling license or provisional license prior to the start of employment.

Penn State Health is an integrated academic health system serving patients and communities across 15 counties in central Pennsylvania.
