About the Role
As a Geriatric Wellness RN, you will conduct mental health assessments, monitor psychiatric symptoms, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for elderly patients experiencing conditions such as depression, anxiety, dementia, and Alzheimer's disease.
About You
Required:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school
- Valid RN License in Connecticut
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- One or more years of Psychiatric or Geriatric experience in an acute inpatient setting
- BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
