About the Role
As the VP of Global Cash & Bank Partner Operations, you will be responsible for system governance, bank and account management, payments execution, and reporting integrity. You will collaborate closely with Treasury, Technology, Compliance, Finance, and external banking partners to ensure strong controls and accurate reporting. Key responsibilities include managing the Treasury Management System, overseeing bank relationships, ensuring data integrity, and leading a high-performing treasury operations team.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of experience in Operations, Cash Management, or Financial Operations within a complex, high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated experience owning treasury system governance, bank account administration, and operational controls.
- Strong understanding of bank account lifecycle management, payments execution, and cash reporting and reconciliations.
- Proven ability to manage global banking relationships and third-party service providers.
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba strongly preferred).
- Strong control mindset with experience supporting audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
