About the Role
As the Global Chief Medical Officer, you will lead the clinical development strategy for the company's pipeline, oversee clinical trial design and execution, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will build and lead a high-performing clinical development team, collaborate with external stakeholders, and act as a key clinical resource in interactions with regulatory agencies. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of medicine and improve patient outcomes globally.
About You
Required:
- MD or MD/PhD with specialization in oncology, immunology, hematology, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in clinical development, particularly in cell and gene therapy or advanced biologics.
- Strong track record of leading successful clinical programs from Phase I through to commercialization.
- Deep knowledge of clinical trial design, regulatory requirements, and GxP compliance.
- Direct leadership experience in establishing and leading complex global clinical operations.
Preferred:
- Experience in a CMO or senior medical leadership role within a commercial-stage biopharma company.
- Experience working in a publicly traded company with business acumen.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across diverse geographical regions.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
