Summary
YETI is seeking a Global Compensation Manager to join their team in Austin, TX. The role involves supporting the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs across the organization.
About the Role
As a Global Compensation Manager, you will serve as the primary subject-matter expert for sales compensation and retail incentive programs, while also contributing to broad-based compensation programs including job architecture, market analysis, pay structures, and annual compensation cycle processes. You will design and implement compensation plans, conduct job evaluations, lead market pricing analysis, and collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance and alignment with business objectives.
About You
Required:
- 6+ years of compensation experience with expertise in sales compensation and broad-based compensation.
- Strong understanding of compensation theory, survey methodology, job evaluation, and salary structure design.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to explain complex compensation concepts simply.
Preferred:
- Experience in retail, consumer products, or multi-site environments.
- Advanced modeling skills in Excel.
