About You
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.
- 10+ years in digital solution management, preferably in consulting or agency settings.
- 5+ years building out the delivery practice within the same agency.
- Experience managing a services delivery team of 80 to 200 people.
- Track record in leading large-scale, cross-functional projects.
- Deep knowledge of digital landscape, trends, and best practices.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional leadership, management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- Experience with global clients and teams, adaptable to diverse cultures and time zones.
- Willingness to travel as needed for projects and clients.
